I was thrilled with the entire experience of working with WM Brooks III, LLC! From the very first phone call I placed to the office, to the initial estimate meeting, to the installation and follow-up visit, the entire team was extremely professional and clearly demonstrated their expertise, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer service! We had a big job to do - a 40+ year old roof with original cedar shake shingles underneath 2 layers of 3-tab shingles... the crew of 6-8 members worked tirelessly for 3 days, 12+ hours each to get the job done... and when they left, my yard was free of debris and left looking better than when they arrived to start the job! The crew was on time (or early) every morning and stayed late til the sun went down... Pete, the foreman, did an excellent job communicating with me every step of the way and was super-friendly and helpful. Cligiel, our salesman, was also always on-time and very informative and friendly - not your typical salesman giving a standard sales pitch and going on and on - it was a pleasure to work with him and every member of the crew throughout this project, including Billy who called me the confirm all details the day before the job started and Rebecca who helped with the administrative details behind the scenes in the office. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and am so glad we decided to go with WM Brooks III, LLC to replace our old roof. I already referred them to other family members in the area who are in need of roof replacements!!! Thank you to the entire crew!

I am so pleased with the quality and professional service I received with an installation of my roof and gutters and skylights. This company has such great teamwork. They were on time and finished so fast. I was amazed. What teamwork! They moved everything that would be damaged out of the way and out everything back. They cleaned up and double checked for debris on the property. I highly recommend Bill Brooks and his team for any job you might have. They also take beautiful pictures of their job. Call them! You won't be disappointed!

From the first contact to the last my expectations were exceeded. My roof was scheduled to be installed on June 21st 7am. The work crew showed up at 7 am and were on the roof by 7:15. Everything was explained to me, how they were doing it, why they were doing it and answered the questions I had. They even painted the. vent pipes !! My roof looks great and for the first time I don't have any leaks, even on my flat front porch( which has always been a problem). They had one worker constantly going around with a magnet collecting any fallen nails, picking up debris, keeping my yards protected and clean. Then the next day they came back to recheck the yard and answer my questions. This was a positive experience. Great company, great employees and just a all around great experience!!

Billy was great he came to my home the day after I called the office for an estimate he was pleasant professional and very nice awesome very honest. He explained everything thoroughly told us what we needed and told us what we didn't he was truly honest. We hired him on the spot. Within two weeks his crew came, Peter and the guys were great, they were respectful of my property and cleaned up beautiful, they did a beautiful job, we couldn't be happier. Not only was his pricing much less than other estimates I had he wasn't looking to sell us all those unnecessary extras. This company deserves more than my review. I truly recommend William Brooks, you won't be sorry. They say you get what you pay for, in this case you get more for less. Thank you again for your service. I will certainly tell my friends and family about you should they ever need a roof. :)

WM Brooks was the third company that quoted me. I didn't hear of them before that. Billy came with samples and was very professional and courteous. He was just a little more than the other quotes but now I know why. They didn't mess around....came on time, were very professional and worked their tails off in mid summer. Nicest guys I've ever hired for any job. Not a single roofing nail was left behind on my lawn. I will always recommend this company time and time again. Great job guys!

Tried to put off a new roof as long as possible because you know the hassle it can be. Finally had to have it done, I reached out to a number of companies some which never even bothered calling back. Fortunately Bill called back from William Brooks roofing. Let me tell you. I am a perfectionist and this company impressed me. Bill called and he came out to survey and provide an estimate. Now as part of my job I survey and provide estimates so I have an idea what to look for As far as their estimate they were very fair and honest and definitely the most detailed. Bill listed everything in such specifics that I was surprised he didn't include nails and screws. This attention to detail shows me perfectionism and pride in your work. And as for the work. They did not disappoint. Their crews came early worked late and knocked a main roof, porch roof and back room roof off in 3 days. And this was down to the rafter work. Everything had to be replaced, which I knew. The foreman that ran the crews kept my wife and I informed all the way through. The overall roofing job looks fantastic. Clean up after was excellent. Hey, I also asked if they would be able to paint my dormers for a little extra money because I couldn't get a painter to do it and they did. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.
