WHAT TO EXPECT: Open Communication and Excellent Customer Service

Upon submission of your project request via phone call or email, you can expect a quick response - the clock is ticking and your time is valuable!

Whether by phone, email, or in person, our office staff will work with your schedule so that we can discuss, in detail, the work that is necessary. This way, we can accurately assess your situation and offer several options.

After viewing the project, speaking with you, and sharing an extensive evaluation of exactly what type of service(s) you need, we will provide you with a bid tailored to your project needs.

Project Acceptance and Commencement

Upon acceptance of your bid we will meet to talk about every detail of your project, including timeline, materials, colors selected, and what you can expect from our finished process. We will be available to answer any additional questions you may have.

Project in Progress

From start to finish you can expect professionalism from our team. From project scheduling and planning, our job sites are well-maintained and cleaned throughout the project. We will also take photos during the duration of your project.

Project Completion

We provide a link to all photos taken during the project, along with drone photos of the finished project for your viewing convenience. A final invoice is sent, along with details to complete the payment. If applicable, workmanship and manufacturer warranties will also be sent at this time.

WM Brooks III LLC was founded in the spring of 2014. Billy is a fourth generation roofer and has been immersed in roofing from a very young age. His career started when he began working for numerous companies within his family. His skill set and knowledge grew rapidly as he worked on countless residential and small scale commercial projects.

As he grew as a roofer, Billy's resume grew as well. He ventured outside of his family's company and worked for commercial roofing companies that focused on larger scale projects and public work. The work was more diverse and the deadlines were tighter, but Billy proved to be a reliable leader as he managed crews for various jobs.

After a decade of working with several companies, Billy's vision for his own company became clear and he ventured out on his own. With a foundation built upon the values of workmanship, quality, honesty, cleanliness and communication with customers, Billy exemplifies these qualities on and off the job site. He often oversees and works hand in hand with his crew to ensure that his clients are receiving the best quality work for their money and building strong, lasting relationships with his customers.

Payment Terms

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and financing.

To get projects started, we require a 50% deposit. Once project is completed, we are a net 7 company and the balance is due 7 days from the invoice date.

There are no additional fees or discounts if you pay by check.
If you are paying by check, there are no additional fees or discounts associated with the cost
For example: If your cost is $1,000, the balance due is $1,000.

There is a 3.7% fee if you wish to pay by credit or debit card.
For example: If your cost is $1,000, add $37, for a balance due of $1,037.

The financing company offers many different term options and payment plans to choose from.
If you wish to finance, there is a 10% fee that you must factor into the financing amount.
For example: If your finance amount is $1,000, add $100, for a total finance amount of $1,100.

We offer a 3% discount if the entire balance due (deposit + final payment) is paid with cash.
For example: If your cost is $1,000, subtract $30, for a balance due of $970.
